Six Steps

How a project
moves forward

A drawing, a site photo or just the form you have in mind is enough to start. The deliverables of each step become the standard for the next.

    Installation environment, viewing distance, ambient light and content type are confirmed. A drawing, a site photo or the form you have in mind is enough to start.

  2. 02 Form & Structure Form & structure design

    Starting from site survey and 3D review, curvature, split lines, frame exposure and finish details are matched to the architectural drawings. Distortion and brightness are reviewed per viewing angle and the pitch is fixed.

  3. 03 Content Content design

    Pixel maps and distortion-correction values are built from the real form and pixel structure of the screen. Screen-specific content is produced, or existing assets re-edited.

  4. 04 Production Production

    A manufacturing partner matched to the product line and technical requirements produces to Mimolux specifications and process standards. Assembly, process and calibration are checked during production.

  5. 05 Inspection & Export Inspection & export

    The whole screen or its key sections are pre-assembled for light-up, 72-hour burn-in, calibration and full pixel inspection. Nothing ships without Mimolux approval.

  6. 06 Installation & Support Installation & support

    On-site installation or installation support, final light-up, operator training and remote support close the project. Measurements are recorded per project so re-orders are produced to the same standard.
